Now Introducing: Pre Chat

DontGo just finished development on an exciting new feature branded pre chat. With pre chat, the chat window can pop-up within a few seconds of being on specific pages, of your website, giving the visitor the option to chat now or to chat later.

This will be helpful for visitors that want immediate assistance, and it will engage them quicker. If they choose to chat later the chat window will disappear allowing the visitor to browse your website. The chat will reactivate when the user scrolls their mouse to the corner of the screen, using the same exit intent strategy as the original version.
